Pounds:
Approximately 40-50 lbs. of meat. While cuts may vary, a 1/2 share includes 1 pork tenderloin, 1/2 rack ribs, bone-in pork chops, bacon, choice ground pork, ground breakfast sausage or ground Italian sausage, ham, bone in, ham steaks, ham hocks, jowl bacon, smoked shoulder picnic, butt roast, shoulder roast.
Freezer life: 
Pork is best used within 4–12 months when frozen to maintain quality. It remains safe beyond this time but may lose flavor and texture.
Storage temperature: 
Keep at 0°F for best preservation.
Thawing:
Remove from freezer 1–2 days before use.
Best practices:
Avoid repeated warming and cooling to protect texture, quality and safety.

The general rule:0.8–1.1 cubic foot holds 35–40 pounds of efficiently packed, vacuum-sealed meat.

Pickup/Delivery:
You may pickup from our farm in Andover, NH. We will delivery locally for a fee.
Payment:
Full payment is due before delivery, or at the time of pickup.
